The property is located in a strategic point and easily accessible at all hours. The two apartments, namely the studio located on the ground floor and the apartment on the ground floor are adjacent and if necessary can be communicating in the event of a single booking for 6 or more guests.
All environments are sanitized and sterilized before each check-in using an ANTICOVID19 industrial ozone generator. It is located 100 meters from the free beaches of Monopoli and is only 300 meters from the Historic Center and the Murattiana area as well as from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.
One of the characteristics of this property that makes it special is the ease of access and above all the presence adjacent to the property of a single paid uncovered parking exclusively reserved for you and fenced off, if you wish and if available at the time of your request, being at the service of two apartments.
This parking is accessed through an electric gate of which I will provide you with the remote control upon arrival. However, regardless of whether parking is available or not, you can safely leave your luggage in the apartments.
